1. Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition you received it
    • In its original packaging
    • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Note: We do not accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
